Perhaps it's a small company that only pays a small portion towards medical. Last place I worked paid all FULL TIME employess medical & dental IN FULL.
Because I was the ONLY PART TIME person (30-32 Hrs wkly) & I had to pay aprox $50.00 total for medical & dental family of 3 coverage which was about 25% & costs of medical are continually rising.
I hope you find the best & cheapest plan for your needs, since everyone needs coverage!
The very first time I didn't carry insurance from the time I was 18 was when my hubby was determined to have Stage 4 Cancer. So add the "financial worries" to all that - YUK!!!!!!!!!!! |
