I sympathize with you, Bobs
Most of us take for granted that we can go out and pick from a variety of styles, buy what we like in our size, and be done with it. However, my father-in-law has the same issue as you and it's a nightmare for him to go shoe shopping. Zappos has great customer service so go may want to go that route.
