As I sayed before, the forum signatures are probably the best method to get referrals. By using many forums and posting actively you can get attention to your signature. It also helps that you use forums that are related on money making or freebie hunting.
Myspace is also excelent place for getting referrals. Place a text or banner to your page and tell shortly about treasuretrooper. If many people view your profile, you might get a nice number of referrals. Some people use friend adders, but they might get your myspace account deleted so be careful with them.
The most important thing is to not spam. Spamming places like forums and chats won't get you many referrals, and you might get your TreasureTrooper account deleted. Just keep it nice and clean.
I registered to TreasureTruuper in May 2006. That means that I have been a member for 1 year and 3 months. I haven't been very active for most of the time though. Most of my referrals were referred in 3-4 months.
