The Discover card is supposed to be doing that, it pays you back at the end of each year too...if you worked it right and paid it off each month, you could do good on their rewards by buying household items and stuff, you could use it plenty of places and end up with a decent check at the end of the year.
I don't know if AT&T UNIVERSAL CARD has the rolling card number yet, but they usually have some good reward programs, one year I ended up earning $750.00 in Gap Gift certificates!!!! I am not sure that they have had such a great deal since but that was well worth using that card at the time!!!

I have heard of some others doing the rolling number I just can't remember which cards they were.
