I work at Michaels, and BTW I give execellent customer service, maybe there's something in the water that makes people nasty where you live
Anyway, it is a corporate, nation-wide policy that cashiers give "coupon exceptions" to anyone requesting the discount without the coupon in hand. We also accept Joanne's coupons using the same procedure. Customers are asked to sign a log form and provide their zip code for record keeping. Anyone denied a discount should scream bloody murder to corporate!!!!! That's just not the Michaels' way!
Arn't? is that a word? Not where I live. but heck we is hics two
PS, Walmart is skrewing its workforce and your neighbors, gentleman Sam is spinning in his grave!!!! (God bless him)
