I've also been burned by PayPal as a seller. I've started purchasing the delivery confirmation for $.55 or whatever it is, even if it's a $5 item! Without a delivery confirmation #, the buyer automatically wins if they report the item as not received. It's redicules!
Anyway, prayers for your situation. HOpe everything works out ok.
