Darth, I don't think anyone sells vehcicles that way, Though you can usually find cheap used ones in your area on eBay, I almost got a mercedes (92) on there for under $2000 total, but the bid went $100 over what I said I'd bid up to. Stuff like that I don't bid any higher than my original amount. But its worth a shot.
Try craiglist.org too sometimes you can find a cheap decent one through there. Good Luck
