I have to disagree. I placed an order with them a year or two ago and they over charged me. None of their literature had anything but a regular phone number (no 1-800 number) so when I had to call them, I had to pay for it. They disagreed that they overcharged me and would not reverse the charges. I was really mad at them and never did order from them again.
