My dh pays around $275 (bi monthly) a paycheck so that makes is close to yours. It looks like the total cost is $780 a paycheck so we pay less then 1/2 the company covers the rest. I can't tell exactly what he pays so I will check with him. It covers dh, myself and one or more children. In our case there are 5 of us. The last few of years it seems to be going up $50 a paycheck. If it continues I don't know who will be able to afford it. The company pays a large part of it but we still pay a lot for it. Plus co-payments have gone from $5 7 or 8 years ago to $20. I'm glad my children are older and don't go to the Dr. very often. This amount is not just medical but dental and life insurance too. Medical is the parts though that really keeps going up each year.
