Yeah, that sounds way, way too high for an employer sponsored plan. If the employer pays for most of it, you should only be paying like $60-$70 a month for medical and dental, even for a family that size. What's up? That sounds more like you're paying for ALL of the cost ... or someone made a mistake and told you the wrong cost. Make waves!
