You have and will remain in our prayers, regardless "T".
The Civil Service Test is an option, for all OK State and even Federal related jobs (which he may never previously considered or even known about). Afterall, he's an very intelligent man and may want to consider taking this test ASAP, just because he can.
Meantime ...keep your heads held high and chins-ups. No snootiness aloud. God has a better plan, for all those who seek and are willing.
