*Sigh* 11 days later they wrote me back! Saying they recently posted the answer to my question on their FAQ page. And provided me with the link.

“My apologies on the delay. The samples will be mailed by the end of January. Be sure to look inside the package for another money-saving offer. Thanks for trying Pork Chomps!”


I’m a bit irritated with their level of professionalism right now. Not only does it not take over a week to return a letter but they posted it on their page with my last name. I wrote the letter in my mother’s name since the sample is going to her home which almost makes it worse. Its not even disregarding my personal privacy but someone elses. I tried to reply to the letter they sent me asking nicely for them to remove it, but of course it came back with an error in sending. So now I have to track down where to write them AGAIN and wait forever for them to respond AGAIN. I appreceiate them coming through with the promise of samples but I will not be a returning customer.

I was wondering if you ever receive the sample??
