That's weird, though here in CT, nobody will take printed coupons, and usually the people who have them will realize that and mail you a real coupon. Staples ought to be doing that and not emailing coupons to be printed as if I'd gotten one, I couldn't use it either - people here have been photocopying them several times so the stores here just stopped taking them.
