Oooh. I'll be interested to know how that reverse eating goes for you. DH has said for the longest time that we should eat the largest meal of the day first, so you have time and energy to wear it off.
I've been doing Yoga Booty Ballet - there are lots of different exercise dvd's in this series. Funny name, but it works. I skip most of the Yoga stuff, unless it's stretching. Believe me when I say I HATE to exercise, but this is actually fun, and I look forward to it every day that I can. I especially, so far, like the Light & Easy, the original Yoga Booty Ballet, and the Hip Hop one. I've lost 10 pounds doing these exercises, and it has really energized me. If you're physically capable to dance and balance, you might see if your library carries any of the dvds, so you can see if you even like it first. Now, if my knee can just hold out!
