Hi,
WOW, that's really awful. You're right, they are in the same place as any of us when they shop and with that kind of customer service, they probably don't shop where they work!
We, where I managed a store for over 15 years, never treated people badly, your customers "are" your business - what's Kohls problem? With the sale of Filenes, they're pretty much the only one left around here in the company that owns them (The May Company), so you'd think they'd be bending over backwards to make sure their customers are satisfied!
Good luck and let us know how you make out with the letter - I hope they have to apologize (on bended knees! lol) and you get a huge gift certificate!
