Katlnhats...thanks for the advice, but it was Khols Dept. store that was at fault. I am in the process of writing a letter to the Corp. Headquarters.
I spent 3 days in a row for hours on end with my bank and Khols- Khols customer service was terrible. They passed me on to several different people because they did not want to handle it. If they hate customer service so much, they are in the wrong line of work. I tell you, I used to work in customer service/Special Service and Contractor Sales at Home Depot- I would love to see how they would handle all the **** I had to deal with (with a fake *** smile 100% of the time, but I loved what I did for work) while I was belittled,berated,spit on,pushed- you name it I dealt with it. I had to face them face to face every day, and on phone. Khols customer service call center deals with only phone contacts- i could only IMAGINE what they would do if they were in my shoes. Lets face it, they are customers also when they shop- they should be treating people the way they want to be treated in a problem area. Anyway, after writing my little book on here, my hand are starting to cramp LOL. Thank you everyone- your help is greatly appreciated.
