Hi,
Try calling Social Services, or Medicare. Either one should be able to get you someone in your area. If that doesn't work, post again and we'll find something. Also, any teaching hospital in your area should have a clinic for this as well - check with those. They should "have" to accept your medicare/medicaid card.
