One of the most requested items for the Rainbow E series vacuum cleaner is the 2 quart water basin. Sometimes this part gets cracked or broken and has to be replaced because the machine will not work without it. It can be very frustrating to an owner of this vacuum cleaner to not be able to find a replacement part locally.
