hello! i want to ask something to you, i don't know what to do to get my rebate, i bought my kids a computer recently, the store dont have stock no more and they have a good deal on that computer that's wy i decided to make a prepaid, the first thing i got from compusa i a monitor, then 1-2 weeks later the cpu and for the next week again my i got my printer (8/28 ). my rebate expired on 8/26. but in between the days i got the cpu and the printer i made a follow-up call with their local store and their is an occassion that one of their staff told me that in case i have a rebate that will expire it will extend since i didn't received yet my printer. i know its my fault i forgot my to get the name of the guy. i made a erebate application a week after i got my printer. by the way they change my printer since my original printer is out of the market, they put on the reciept that they change my printer and i got a new reciept for the new printer. means that i have a transaction on last 8/28.
i there any posibilities tha i can still get my rebate......
