I know, here in PA, most stores give you a base of 90days to pay on it, and you can get an extension if needed. When I was working years ago, and Andy wasn't, I thought I was going to have to cancel my lay-a-way at Wal-Mart because I couldn't pick it up when I was supposed to due to some unexpected bills we had to pay, and I had no idea what to do for my son's Christmas as most of the toys would be out of stock later, but when I went in and told them that, they extended it all the way until 6pm Christmas Eve. So I was able to keep it on lay-a-way and then that night, when we got our paychecks, I ran and cashed mine and went up on lunch break and picked the stuff up.
