Well after a month and 2 days, everything is FINALLY settled. Only took ya know 32 or something days!
I nearly had a heart attack when I called the giftcard number, which I have been calling since oringally canceling my order, and heard that my giftcard balance was $10 instead of hearing $0 and hanging up in frustration. It sure took long enough, and really, there should have been no reason for me to call about the giftcard, it should have just been taken care of but, alas.
When I placed the order, they gave me the option of filling out a survey. The reward for this was $5 off a $25 purchase, which can only be used in stores, and thats the only place I'll use it! When they heard about what happened, they offered me free standard shipping on my next order. If some sale is really only online, maybe I'll go with it. I did realize, that when I complained, my order was about $10 cheaper, because they paid for shipping, and I guess tax. So I did end up spending less, altho getting my refunds and order was such a pain!  |
