Unfortunately, that is the way with almost any free offer online. Most companies only have a limited supply to give away, once they reach that limit that is it, and unfortunately some businesses do not have software that cuts their sign ups off, when that limit is reached. So they are left having to explain to people why they can't send what you signed up to get.
