I used them once - after trying to straighten out the problem for almost 5 months - they (there's a place where you click on file a complaint), and they transfer your complaint to the nearest office to where the company you did business with is - in your case, it would have been Coke, I think as it all started with them, and they really "do" get right on it - in a couple days, I had a full refund PLUS 10% of what I spent from an online merchant - they really help.
