Yes, costco coupons are valid at all U.S. Costco warehouses, but they normally only accept original coupons. If you can't find it at your local store, you can print it out from
http://www.costco-coupons.com and show it to cashier, he/she might accept it. Seems some of the coupons at costco-coupons.com are online deals.
