Ok, I did an experiment with the shrimp recipe & we all loved how it turned out

Hubby says thank you because he loves shrimp and this is so easy to make!
This is what I used:
2 cups cooked angel hair pasta (cooked to al dente - not soft)
1 can PET evaporated milk (standard size - 5 or 6 oz)
2 cans shrimp (small size, like a tuna can)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (regular size, not family size)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
First, boil & drain pasta. Return to pot and add the milk and soup. Mix well.
Then add the shrimp, one can at a time and mix well after each can.
Then stir in the cheese - I added it 1/2 cup at a time. Mix well.
Pop this into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
