The only good thing about my front load maytag neptune is that it is sort of gentle on my delicates, but it leaks water all the time (they promised me it wouldn't--that's why i got rid of the old one). They also promised it wouldn't move, but it does. It even started to catch on fire. They did fix that no charge, but i hate the machine now and don't trust it. Sometimes it buzzs when its done, sometimes it doesn't. In the machines defense, i did use too much soap at the begining, and that might have cuased some water leakage. But even when i don't add any soap, it still will leak a lot of water!!! Also, once i washed some red rags and then washed my husbands whute tshirts, and they came out pink. You have to wipe out with a sponge that bit of water that collects. So now i can't use bleach in the machine for fear of ruining other clothing. And the machine stinks--i geuss that water gets smelling after washing the hubbies underwear. Over all rating for machine is Yuch. I'm interested in a class action.
