Sorry about your dilemma. I've had this happen before.

Is the stain on a white part of the shirt? If so, have you tried the Clorox Bleach Pen on it? It may be worth a try.

If it's on a colored area, try soaking the shirt in the washer overnight. Fill the washer about 1/4 full with warm water, with a full capful of laundry detergent and a full capful of Clorox 2. I've had success with this method, though the colors faded slightly.
