My brother graduated from CCAD last year. While he was there, he met a group of people who published a newspaper and he got a job working with them. Well, since graduation, they've moved from Columbus to Milwaukee and the newspaper has morphed into a magazine.
They just got their first issue back from the printers and need to sell 400 of them to break even. My brother sent me a couple and asked me to help spread the word when I'm "web-surfing"...problem is, this magazine isn't for just anybody. You'll see what I mean if you check it out at:

I don't have any idea where or how I could help spread the word.
I definitely don't want to spam anybody, and I'm sure there is probably an audience for the magazine, but what do I do????? I really want to help, because my brother is a free-lance
artist, just starting out, so this success of the magazine would help him out, too.
Any suggestions??????
