for those of you without a calc, here is the answer:
.00123456790123 which, when you move the decimal 2 places, is 00.1%
kinda difficult to say that it represents the multitudes and is WORTHY of our Congress' valuable time when, statistically, 0% of the population is in favor, is it not??
this is why sites like moveon.org don't bother me, or anybody else, for that matter. Even if they ARE celebrating their 2 millionth member, that's only (oops, just did the calculation and found out that they still only have '0%' of the population with them - .00823)
0%...politically, they mean nothing.
not trying to be mean or nasty (although my first comment WAS sarcastic) - just pointing out statistics here.
