We ordered a houseful of wooden blinds and metal blinds and insulated window shades from
www.blindsgalore.com and got some pretty good pricing and perfect fits. We were extremely happy with everything, except one thing. There was one wood blind slat that was a tad bit warped, but we didn't send it back. They give detailed instructions on exactly how to measure to get a perfect fit. At the time (couple years ago), they were offering large discount codes, but the last time I checked, the coupons weren't that great. They have a very large selection of brands and types and colors. They were pretty fast, and we had a very good experience with them. Keep in mind their prices include shipping to you.
Wherever you end up buying from, check to see if they are a participating ebates.com store ... might as well get a rebate, too.

You might also check Costco if you have one close by. We have never ordered through them, but they seemed pretty comparable in price, although shipping is extra. The good thing about Costco is you can see real displays and swatch/sample books, allowing you to see quality and thicknesses and textures and colors. (On the internet, you really have to read descriptions and the colors may vary, depending on how your computer monitor shows the colors.)
