By all means, choose the Dell Axim! They came out new at the beginning of the year but my DH has one, after owning a Sony PDA and he LOVES it. Dell only has two, you could get the lowest model and still have more bells and whistles than any out there on the market for the price.
Plus, Dell has great customer service should you need it. Donn't forget to look for coupons if you go with a Dell.
