this is a brand new black brief case in original factory plastic and box.i only opened the box to check it out and make sure it delivered ok... this retails for 149.99. but for my step father.but found he has one already..actually paid 50.00 i would accept either cash money via paypal money order personal check whatever OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR
