It asked me to create a member name and password, so I just used the same ones I have for the site, and it let me in to send the email. But then it said I only had 3 "tickets" left, so now I'm wondering how to contact them after I use up those 3, and why they would limit the number of times you can tell them about problems. Does anyone know if it is 3 complaints per issue, or 3 total for as long as we are members?
