A-men and ah-men!!!!!
The above arose a couple yrs. ago between two of my grandsons...then about 3yrs. old. One attends an interdenominational church...his other grandpa is the pastor...and they say, "A-men"! The other has a poppa who is pastor of a Reformed Episcopal church...and they say, "Ah-men".
The two boys got into quite a dispute when saying the blessing at lunch one day about the proper word to use....it was serious to them, but kinda funny!! Just like us grown ups get when our "pet" theology is challenged...maybe???
At any rate, the three of us had a discussion about how God just loves having us talk to Him and how He isn't really too concerned about all the "right" words. He just wants to be our Friend.
The grandson who lives nearby (the inter..... church) now has a habit of saying,"A-men and ah-men". The other says he will definitely not say both!!!!! They are wonderful and teach me so much about the scripture telling us to come as little children.
Huge blessings upon this new outreach!!!!

Out of my mind. Back in five minutes.

Consciousness: That annoying time between naps.

Wrinkled was not one of the things I wanted to be when I grew up.
