From what I've read, your dh has many factors that could cause the dizziness....stress, inner ear infection, high or low blood pressure, and high or low sugar.....
Stress is a big factor in dizziness...and can lead to stroke if not taken care of.
Inner ear infections are terrible...been there, done that..heck, my dh even had to pick me up off the floor one day because of it. It effects the balance in your head, so that in turn effects the rest of your body.
The high/low blood pressure has a lot to do with stress...learn to handle one, and the other usually gets better. Hey, I'm preaching here, but am dealing with high pressure myself. ;)
I don't know about high sugar, really, but from experience with low sugar, I know when I start feeling dizzy, if I eat a little something, it helps.
One thing I learned not long ago was that onions are very high in sugars....something most people don't realize because of the way they taste.
Another thing, if your body gets too low on salt, you will become dizzy. I have to litterally eat a little salt every now and then to help me.
Hope your hubby gets to feeling like himself again soon!!!
