wishing they would take care of it but...... Patience is a vurtue....although it has been quite a wait already. Futher I am not happy with the wording. I had just accumulated the 100,000 FTM's when this happened..... I was watching daily to "select" my prize. Now I believe I will have to pay something for something.

Only other thing I can say is maybe in the end they will be able to do as they have stated. This I expect. But have found that many are never able to do it. Hoping they will be able to come through as they should.
