knowing the ip address won't help you find out who was on there. what you need to do is use that link to find out what isp owns that line, and then try to send them as much info about it as possible like the IP address (which you already have), time date they signed you up, etc. so they can track it down for you. It'll be harder unless the person who signed you up uses a static IP address (meaning they always get the same IP addess when using the net). Good luck
