Thanks Lady Crimson, I had bought a reconditioned Krups coffeemaker about 6 years ago and it still works but we have to hit the on button a few times, I looked at ones just like these(and almost bought it for $79), BTW Amazon has these reconditioned for $14.99, not as good a deal but just in case you had your heart set on this brand.
