I am teaching both boys to answer the phone ... lol .. they are doing a great job ~ especially my youngest
~ as soon as he picks up the phone, i take it from him, and hear a portion of what they say..if its a telemarketer..i put A very back on the phone.....oh he has a super time chatting with these people, about how the cat scratched him, and what he ate for lunch, and how many times he was in "time out" with the babysitter !!! lmbo .. before you know it .. they hang up !!!
HOW RUDE 
Same thing at work, although i hardly EVER have to answer the phone, it seems like when i do .. its a sales call ...YUCK ... and they think they can get through to talk to Ted? NOT !!! hehe..me and Sue (bosses wife), have a field day with these people ... I wouldnt take it personnally .. but when they hang up on me the first time, and call back again, expecting someone else to pick and in hopes they get through Ted ~ that doesnt make me a very happy camper
~ I have been called a name a couple of times ~ and not very nice ones either
