Qwest is in BIG trouble here in AZ and is being sued by the state attorney generals office for fraudulent billing.
I, unfortunately, have to use them for local service and they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have had such over-billing and wrong billing problems with them since day 1. I really wish Bell Atlantic or PacBell would come in offer us QUALITY phone service. |

I had Qwest for a short period of time because of some special offer and they were horrible. Constanly overcharging, adding on extra fess, etc. Even after I called and switched from them to AT&T I kept getting a bill with a monthly fee charge. When I called Qwest they told me that I would keep getting charged the monthly fee even if I did not use them for long distance untill I actually called them and told them that I did not want them to charge me anymore!!!
Change companies if you can FAST!!!
