| Word of advise when dealing with Qwest...
Before you hang up the phone, get the persons name you spoke to, and get a confirmation number for your complaint.
Qwest is in BIG trouble here in AZ and is being sued by the state attorney generals office for fraudulent billing.
I, unfortunately, have to use them for local service and they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I have had such over-billing and wrong billing problems with them since day 1. I really wish Bell Atlantic or PacBell would come in offer us QUALITY phone service.
