Just a quick 2 cents for those who have colds/sinus infections that don't seem to go away...
...amazingly enough sometimes it is a candida overgrowth within you that triggers sinus/cold/allergy troubles...I am just starting to read up on this stuff and it's rather fascinating! (and taking antibiotics can make the problems worse, since it encourages yeast growth...)
