| 2 Percogesic or 4 Ibuprofen (I'm not supposed to take Nsaids, though)
Cold washcloth, Migraine ice pads, dark room, no noise.
Thankfully, mine aren't as severe as most. Mostly PMS related. I used to have seizures, outgrew those and started having migraines. My Mom's always had migraines.
