Question do you mean like salisbury steak gravy?

here's what i do but lemme warn ya, it's an artery killer...

ok first you fry your hamburger steaks in the pan, then take the "steaks" out, with the grease left over in the pan add flour to it and brown the flour a bit, add a little water and milk and stir preferably with a whisk until you get the consistency you want, then add a little beef base for flavor...it's really good but oh so bad for ya lol...cheap to make too takes a little practice to get it just right, hubby's grandma taught me and it took me 2 or 3 times til i got it "just like grandma's" lol

if i don't do that, i just buy the cheap brown gravy mix packets from the grocery store, add one cup of water and add to the "steaks" the last 5-10 minutes of cooking
