I would consider forgetting the long distance telephone companies if you don't mind using prepaid calling cards. Sam's Club has dropped their rates to 3.47 cents per minute. I also believe, if you purchase them online, they ship them for free and do not charge tax. I know, in New York State at least, they do charge tax on them at the Club.
