Do you already have a current/valid lens prescription?
If you do, Wal-Mart has frames starting at $18. I'm not positive about the cost of lens'... But they come with the 1 year frame/lens replacement...If they get broken they will replace free for one year from date of purchase. Exams are about $42.
I get my 6 year old son's glasses there. Kids lens are like $15 each.
I know 6 adults that get their glasses from Wal-Mart, they've all been repaet customers.
