Kohls does have good clearance sales. I just went to one this past weekend. It was 70% off the clearance price. I got several girls tank tops for $1.62 each, a boy's baggy short style Speedo suit for $1.50, a pair of little girl's sandals for $ .60(which also had a barrette and sparkly tattoo with them),etc.
They have lots of 50% off sales, early bird specials, senior discount day, and the $10 coupons.
