First off, Tracfone is a cell phone. It is a nice alternative, because there are NO monthly bills, NO contracts, and NO age limits. When you want more talk time, you buy minutes - plain and simple.

Basically this IS used, but only for about 2 weeks. I realized that I did not need it. You simply just have to call Tracfone and ask them to change the phone number. It is really simple.
There are NO minutes on the phone, and a phone card must be activated by Novermber 8th.

- Ear Bud Hand's Free Earphone and Microphone
I know it doesn't come with any minutes, but it comes with some great accesories that you DON'T get in the ones you buy at the store.
