I'm so mad about they lied to me all these years and told me the wrong things to eat. Thank God for Atkins,Sears, Eades,etc telling the truth. The fat in eggs,steak, etc is good for you. FAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU FAT, eating an 80% carb diet does. This whole low fat nonsense has gotten way out of hand. People are eating less fat than ever, but they're fatter and sicker. Steak, chicken, salmon, olive oil, nuts, berries,brocolli,is good for you and is what man survived on for millenia. You want the truth:
