What they did is sneaky and unethical. I'm sorry you used a debit card inst. of a credit card. This comes too late but in cases like this it's almost always safer to use a cc b/c you can dispute chges. The only thing I can say is bug the stew out of them. Did you write down the names of the peo. at the club you spoke with? If not keep calling and write names then ask for the same person ea. time. Challenge them concerning whether they keep their word-or not- b/c that's imp. w/a club memb. deal. Hope some this works-let us know!~
